Ezee Claim 4U have a range of essential support services to offer any solicitor with clients in
Merseyside or throughout the North West. One major advantage is that we can offer appointments
at the clients convenience - outside of normal business hours. We make no additional charge for
our services during evenings or weekends, and this can greatly improve your productivity.

This is intended as a general guide only, as individual packages can be tailored to your requirements
and discounts given for regular assignments. We can also charge our services by an hourly rate
should this better suit your accounts department.  ‘Time Engaged’ shows the approximate average
billed time spent per assignment, from initial booking to completed return with invoice (including travel
time and administration).

Full Claims Investigation Package: Using our generic 16 page claim forms we would compile a thorough report generated from your original enquiry, to the same high standards as our own referral work. This includes a full claimant’s statement, photographs and witness evidence where applicable, plus a return visit with your CFA documents within 14 days.
Cost: £120 - £150                                                          Time Engaged: 3 – 4½ hours

Site Inspections / Locus Reports: High quality digital photographs taken at the accident site (with client in attendance where necessary), along with a sketch map and any other relevant details.  Our aim is to complete photographic assignments within 24 hours, before the defect can be repaired. Photographs can be sent by e-mail, printed, or archived onto CD.
Cost: £40 - £60                                                              Time Engaged: 1 - 2 hours

Document Serving: CFA and other documents explained to client at their home, and returned with all necessary signatures. Telephone call placed to your office if oral advice required from solicitor.
Cost: £35 - £45                                                              Time Engaged: 1 – 1½ hours

Statement Taking: Full statement of truth taken from client at their home or place of work.  Supplied in your chosen format - either hand written and signed, or typed into MS Word documents for easy insertion into your own forms / preparation for court service.
Cost: £40 - £60                                                              Time Engaged: 1 – 2½ hours

Witness Tracing / Non-Responding Clients:  How many good cases are lost because a client moves home or changes telephone number?  Where do you find an independent ‘section 58’ witness?  We will literally knock on doors and speak to neighbours in order to ‘rescue’ your cases. Since we only charge for positive results, you have nothing to lose!
Cost: £35 - £45                                                              Time Engaged: 1 - 3 hours

All quoted prices are inclusive of our travelling time, telephone and carriage costs, mileage and other expenses, with no surcharge for evening or weekend visits to clients.  Our fees are well within the scope for full recovery under your normal disbursements.

Prices shown are for Liverpool (L) postcodes only.  Surcharges apply for other postcode regions in the Northwest, allowing for extra time and fuel costs; for example CH - £10, WA - £15, PR - £20.

We also have a claims referral service for clients who contact us directly through our own advertising campaign. These are fully vetted and complete with statements, photographs etc.

Within 14 days of first contact with your client, you can have the file opened with all documentation completed
 and enough evidence for a successful case.  With less time wasted, your marketing becomes more effective
 and you are able to take on more cases!
