Who Are EzeeClaim4U ?

We are a Merseyside based claims management company dedicated to helping people across the UK to claim their rightful compensation for accidents, injuries, medical negligence or other losses where somebody else is at fault. This will include any loss of earnings and long term effects, plus we can provide you with a hire car and physiotherapy or other treatments to assist in your rehabilitation process if required. We make it easy for you to claim – hence the name!
We are registered data controllers under the Data Protection Act 1998, so you can be assured that your details will always remain secure and confidential with us and never disclosed or forwarded to others.

 

What do we do for you ?

Our advisers have many years of experience and knowledge.  We give initial advice and prepare a comprehensive report on your behalf, including photographs and independent witnesses wherever necessary.  This will be submitted to one of our panel solicitors who will accept your case on a No Win – No Fee basis if they feel you have reasonable prospects for success.  We also assist you in completing any further documents that your solicitor may need.  This is done in the comfort of your home, saving you the time and expense of visiting your solicitor in person.

 

What does this cost you ?

ABSOLUTELY NOTHINGYou do not pay us a single penny, win or lose.  We do not take a commission or any other money from any compensation that you may be awarded.  Provided that you do not give false or misleading information, or cancel your claim at a later stage, you will not be charged.  Where appropriate, your solicitor may arrange a legal insurance policy to protect you from any legal fees should your case be unsuccessful. You do not sign any contract or agreement with us.

 

So who pays us ?

Preparing a detailed report, obtaining photographs and other evidence is a time consuming process. Solicitors charge a high hourly rate and it would considerably increase the costs of your case if they had to do all this work. Many high street solicitors simply do not have the facility to do this. We are paid a referral fee for preparing the initial case to a standard format, allowing the solicitor to quickly judge the merit of your case.  This keeps overall costs to a minimum and gives the solicitor more time to spend dealing with the important aspects of obtaining your compensation as quickly as possible.

 

What are our referral fees ?

When you contact us to deal with your claim, we will prepare all the evidence for our panel solicitor, who will pay us a referral fee typically in the region of £100, plus investigation costs for the work that we have done. This is paid from the solicitor’s own marketing funds and is not your responsibility -does not come from your compensation or dispursements - in other words it costs you nothing!  Your solicitor will confirm this and fully explain all fees and costs relating to your case.

 

What happens next ?

After completing your report, we will select the most appropriate solicitor for your particular case from our panel across the UK. You will normally hear within 48 hours if your claim has been accepted. It is very important that you reply to any letters or phone calls from us or your solicitor. Occasionally the first solicitor may choose not to accept your claim, in which case we may seek a second opinion from a different panel solicitor.
